USE POLICY

The final artwork is for personal use only. The client is allowed to use the artwork for avatrs/icons, profile pictures, forums, print them out and hang them to your wall, etc.

The artist reserve the right to decline any commission.

The artist can publish WIPs and speedpaints online unless told otherwise.

The artist retains the creative rights to the artwork. This includes using the artwork on my professional portfolio and social media unless told otherwise.

Proper credit must be given to the artist in case the artwork is used or published online.

The client may not sell or alter the artwork in any form. NFTs are NOT allowed.

PROCESS AND REVISIONS

Character reference info: at least ONE visual reference of the subject(s). The more reference images, the better. But make sure they're relevant for the piece. Don't be shy to describe your character appearance, description, elements/props, expression and for the illustration, the atmosphere or feelings that you want to evoke. The visual reference must be send as a PDF, Drive Folder or Pinterest Board.

I'll notify the client about position in waiting list

IMPORTANT : If you have changed your plans or want to cancel the commission before it stars, please let me know. This is important to calculating the time of my work and organization.

Once months arrives, I'll contact and we make the Payment. Then I'll do some option sketches.

1º STAGE: Three preview composition sketch. Medium changes (outfit, background, hairstyle, etc) can be done. Additional sketches will be an extra cost.

2º STAGE: Color Test. Minor changes (color, atmosphere, lighting, etc) can be done.

3º STAGE: Final color render. Color adjustments and/or adding tiny details can be done.

Finish piece wil be sent in JPG and PNG.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS INFO

Payment via PayPal invoces in EUROS.

The payment will be upfront. There is the possibility of paying 50% upfront and 50% before the render. Let me know your preferred option.

All rates are base prices for one character with flat background. The final cost may vary based on the particular attributes of the order.

In case of an URGENT delivery date, there will be an extra cost.

100% refund if I haven't started with the commission yet.

Once started, only 50% of the refund will be issued for the sketch phase.

If the color phase begins, refunds are not accepted.
